the indoor pool

the cost - it was a bit on the expensive side and the breakfast was pretty average

location, service. excellent breakfasts. appreciated the 24 hour coffee station

great breakfast selections, comfortable beds, clean room, good location and very friendly staff

while we did not use the pool or gym room they looked clean and updated

very comy, washroom very good, good location, swimming pool ok, the water could be warmer

i was told on check in day that the pool and gym were opening up the next day, they never did i was there for a week

needed to do laundry and the dryer didn't work

were surprised that the room came with a kitchen including a stove,fridge, kitchen sink, table and cabinets

frig which is opposite to what he has listed online where he states that every room comes with a kitchenette

the beds were nice. the shower and pool were amazing

the bar was closed but the hotel clerk stated that the staff called in

next door to our room was a bunch of kids and woke my family up between 2-3am, jumping and doing cheers, very frustrating

beautiful decor. amazingly comfortable bed. great pool/spa area. excellent location.

also the hotel lobby bar should be open more

pool area was ok but area smelt like weed did luke was able to get a early check in

when i called the concierge regarding early check in by about an hour it was a 50 usd charge.

plastic cups in room for water, no ice bucket, no laundry bag and room was freezing upon arrival

dirty laundry in hall. staff not professional or friendly.

only 1/2 a roll was left for 4 adults and 3 kids

one tiny bar of soap to wash our hands and no face clothes

got the breakfast included option and it was weird how they tell you not to get more than 10 dollars of

it was cool. hard to get towels and bar soap when we needed them.

the bar inside was on fire, the music food people was excellent! very trendy
