staff was exceptional from the housekeeper, delsi, to the spa manager, mild, to the bartenders

the spa was great

request for an early check in was granted

the concierge service was excellent, as was room service - they even surprised me with a cake on my birthday

were spotless and simply beautiful, from the lobby to the courtyard to the mercantile to the spa to my room - and of course the beachfront

+ beach options were great; would prefer a smaller option breakfast at a lower price point; staff was awesome; upgraded our room which was a

location. staff. food. excellent gym and tennis center. best on the island

the best part about staying at this hotel is that you get to use the beach and pool at the westin hotel

rooms are cosy and comfortable, and i like having a kitchen and a full-size fridge

pool is perfect for a nighttime swim after a long day at the beach

the other hand costuless grossery and blackbeard spirits were just a few minutes walk so we used kitchen in our suite quite often

we had a bad experience of being locked out of the room until we paid late check out fees for being 45 minutes past checkout to pick up bags

beautiful grounds. very friendly & helpful staff. well run, shuttle to beaches and more

it is surrounded by a beautiful golf course

clean, courteous staff, pool was clean and a good size for the hotel, quiet and the hotel shuttle worked well with points of destinations

small but functional gym and close to a beautiful walking track around a golf course

24 hours pool open.

but pity that web site said pool under renovation, but whole hotel was

went to bar and reception to ask for 2 plates&forks but sent back up to call it in

i wish there was a dedicated yoga room, but i really enjoyed the gym

pool was a little cool but hottub made up for that. would prefer no kids in hottub.

term it may be nice to have separate pool for kids and adults

the pool is gorgeous the beach is great

modern, clean, spa, kids club, pool, beach access, concierge - it had everything we needed!

the spa however our actual treatment was great.

restaurants, pool, staff, amenities and location cannot be beat!

i stayed in the studio suite, which was not only spacious and comfortable but also beautifully decorated
