staff was exceptional from the housekeeper, delsi, to the spa manager, mild, to the bartenders

the concierge service was excellent, as was room service - they even surprised me with a cake on my birthday

were spotless and simply beautiful, from the lobby to the courtyard to the mercantile to the spa to my room - and of course the beachfront

+ beach options were great; would prefer a smaller option breakfast at a lower price point; staff was awesome; upgraded our room which was a

location. staff. food. excellent gym and tennis center. best on the island

the best part about staying at this hotel is that you get to use the beach and pool at the westin hotel

rooms are cosy and comfortable, and i like having a kitchen and a full-size fridge

pool is perfect for a nighttime swim after a long day at the beach

the other hand costuless grossery and blackbeard spirits were just a few minutes walk so we used kitchen in our suite quite often

we had a bad experience of being locked out of the room until we paid late check out fees for being 45 minutes past checkout to pick up bags

sun bed cushions a little uncomfortable round pool. room not serviced on one day until we asked

the spa was wonderful and a nice way to finish off the day in the sun

went to bar and reception to ask for 2 plates&forks but sent back up to call it in

the room was comfortable, the pool was good and the beach access was great.

are so welcoming, very clean, welcoming, comfortable, very comfortable beds, amazing location, pool, activities and on the beach

drive to the hotel from the airport feels never ending around a golf course almost in circles

clean, courteous staff, pool was clean and a good size for the hotel, quiet and the hotel shuttle worked well with points

more things like dancing, social activities, complementary breakfast

i liked the beach, the gym , the stingray city tour and guides. food was pretty good.

pool was a little cool but hottub made up for that. would prefer no kids in hottub.

term it may be nice to have separate pool for kids and adults

the pool is gorgeous the beach is great
