the room was beautiful and the breakfast was amazing ! plenty for two people.

feel the website could have given more information about the gym, and details regarding parking, as the options were not immediately apparent

issues with the train being cancelled the hotel staff let us have late check out very last minute as we were stuck in liverpool for 6 hours

great wifi according to the kids and we were nicely located for the albert dock and the city centre

had to call staff numerous times for parties in room next door until after 5am and kids running around corridors throwing things with no adults around

i had a family room and the couch bed was very uncomfortable for the kids.

we walked to the beach and came back for supper to find the kitchen had closed early due to lack of customers, but the barman gave us good advice on other

welcoming owner who went out of her way to help us with an early check in due to attending a concert and not getting back till after midnight

warm welcome by the reception staff , (especially as it was freezing outside) early check in- clean and comfortable room - easy access to albert dock and arena

i stated early check in when booking, when i arrived at hotel the staff at the front desk was simply rude

hotel was so ideal it was very central we had less than a 3 min walk to the heart of liverpool one centre and albert dock it was so near everything with minimal noise i couldn t fault it

there was no water in the room, and no phone so we can call reception or room service

staff were very friendly, when we arrived the member of staff doing the laundry helped us in and helped us with the lift
