reception staff went above and beyond to find me laundry services. breakfast was amazing.

thing is the pool was good our first time but the 2nd time we went in, it looked like it hadn’t been clean

keys activated again and there were only some spider webs in one corner of the ceiling above the kitchenette that should be reminded to the cleaning staff)

were friendly and accommodating, quiet room, very little traffic noise, relatively well-stocked kitchen with appliances that worked well, balcony overlooking pretty

pet-friendly king suite was very modern, spacious, and comfortable

the shark tank sports bar is very noisy but the manager gave us a private room twice so we were able to hear ourselves

sofa bed is not comfortable - a metal bar runs the width of the bed around shoulder level making it hard to get comfortable

staff accommodated our needs (early check in, late check out, cleanliness).
