the wifi was almost completely dysfunctional

was wonderful , room was very clean and suprisingly large, hot water which was great , the chapin breakfast and coffee was amazing you had a choice of american or chapin

accommodating, helpful and always happy to answer questions, assist with arranging things like laundry and transport

there is a kids club which is one of the reasons we booked this hotel but only open on weekends, a pity
