pool staff hotel all excellent

great beds, pool and gym. mall across the road

we loved the great breakfast in the morning

friendly staff, great breakfast options, clean, comfortable beds. everything is good

they had great camera coverage in the parking lot, a designated pet area and a laundry room

was looking forward to swimming but the pool was to dirty to allow her

clean rooms. good pool and exercise room.

hot water - for at least 3 days pool was not heated how can the hotel provide breakfast if there’s no hot water without a health

we also really enjoyed the heated swimming pool that was open 24 hours

hour spa ,dry sauna ,and pool way to many hotel motel chains close they're animates and cut any time parents have for

large room, amenities, cleanliness, fridge, microwave etc. room service, cafe, etc.

the fitness gym has adequate cardio equipment and dumbbells & med balls to workout with

nice little bar and dining area.

room service was great, food was very good!

we arrived at geg after midnight with outdoor temperature near 0 degrees, the shuttle was prompt and warm

beds were soft and having a kitchen and separate bedrooms was perfect for our family

like your own duplex with a fireplace and kitchen with accessories and two bedrooms

separate living room, kitchen, dining room, and two separate bedrooms with residential size doors and windows

the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our food and the

internet was very patchy and the tv’s were too dated specially with kids / toddlers sometime you need tv time for them and the current set up did not had any smart tv

i heard the laundry going all night, kids constantly running up and down the hall

we appreciated the shuttle to the casino but it would’ve been great to know ahead of time that the shuttle stopped at 12:30 am

of our lights were burnt out in the bathroom so when we have to keep a soft light on for the kids it made for a noisey evening with having no choice but to have the fan run with the lights

there is a one time pet fee but i expect that and it s very reasonable

be aware and stay away from this place unless you are ready to pay this draconian pet fee

hostess recommended we view the fireworks at the casino

were extremely courteous, the closeness of the hotel to the airport and the airport shuttle, which was a big plus

room was spacious and very comfortable, and the spa was perfect temperature and the breakfast was very good

no free breakfast. we have kids and it's a nice perk

the staff is friendly and helpful, they have a little happy hour included in the price, and the breakfast is generous

warm breakfast items were in some stupid cabinet that was hard but get in and out of and only one person

the kids rode the lime scooters and they had a blast
