job one guy was getting trained and the person training him didn't know how to charge me for the pet fee

they did come clean it and didn't charge the pet fee

was not told about $15 per pet non-refundable pet fee upfront

even with the entire room being spotless and laundry being completely clean, the mattress is infested with some kind of parasites

washer and dryer were out of order and i counted on being able to wash laundry before the christmas holiday

need laundry working better. could have more heat also in the room.
