shuttle is a nice amenity however, the shuttle system itself did not work

finally, there is plenty at the hotel to entertain a 6-year-old (and younger/older) kids--and i appreciated it: pool, hot tub, outside area with activities, a game room

my kids left with giving staff hugs as they knew them by their names and greeted them every time we

the spa is to simple for these kknd of hotel, there is no sauna

i was shocked with how we were treated, with our butler, the concierge, the spa staff

these are so simple, it s inexplicable why room service can t manage better

in aspen if you don t have a car but they not only gave us recommendations, provide us with a shuttle from / to airport and hotel to restaurants

the view from the rooftop heated pool and hot tubs was amazing

would have been nice to have a later breakfast available

the breakfast was quite limited so we purchased some additional foods and took them down to breakfast

the price for two nights with parking and a pet fee wound up being over $400

pets are allowed, which is a great thing since i like to bring my dogs on my excursions

pet fee is $35 per night, which would have been nice to know before i booked

pet fee was outrageous.

wish there was one standard pet fee versus 35/dog/night, which gets a little pricy if you have more than one dog

free shuttle to resort base

there could have been a little more offered at breakfast. but this is very minor

a few hundred feet from the mountain shuttle, and from grocery store and coffee

breakfast was great and the hot water and coffee was available all the time
