breakfast

breakfast was convenient though nothing special: yogurt, bagels, oatmeal

the breakfast had few protein ideas ( no eggs, no meat ). but the rest was good.

needs a better breakfast and some updating. needs a better cleaning staff.

the spa was wonderful - had the facial! excellent

i would've preferred to have room service available or free breakfast.

they were short staffed, so the bar was closed and room service was unavailable.

i liked the fact the parking was free

pool was cold. could not go in. wish there was a hot tub.

they wanted to exercise in the gym and i was able to see them from the pool

bc we had a car to access things, although there was a shuttle in town, we didn't access it bc of kids/seniors we were travelling with

convenient location, best pool and complimentary coffee and tea.

there is no staff to talk to in the office, it is self check in. pool was closed.

electronic lock on door, pool out of service one day, rushed to leave by cleaning stagf

at the pool would be great and there were certain parts of the room that need some tlc - just a quick fix

they loved the cozy living room and the modern fully ready kitchen

very clean , cute and quaint. loved the little kitchen station in the outside camper!

so there wasn’t food options (which is fine, it’s walking distance all so many restaurants), bar has very limited hours, and they only had one small vending machine that only sold a small

wish they could provide breakfast in the price.

we didn’t use the pool, but it’s nice to have a pool right by the lake

location looking over the lake, right on the main street with plenty of shops and bars nearby

sadly of course because of covid the gorgeous lobby area with the bar was completely shut down

both afternoons, both lobby bar and fireplace area were closed due to private parties, which was unfortunate

the view from our room was amazing and the lounge room with the giant connect 4 and pool table was a lot of fun

need usb connections fir charging. sadly gym wasn t open..but not their fault..

wasn’t ready for hours, no bar or food service on monday or tuesday, exploitation of parking restrictions for guests to charge

dessert and drinks in downstairs bar very good, as well as the service

rooftop bar with a view of mirror lake.

location was ideal, staff super friendly . rooftop bar was amazing

suite was well furnished, the kitchen had all the normal utensils, plates, silverware, glasses, coffee maker, keurig, toaster

the kitchen was equipped with enough pans and cutlery that you could cook if you wished

pet friendly ($50 pet fee)

the pet fee was also somewhat expensive at approx 40% of the base room rate

my biggest issue was the $50 per night per pet fee

the fire pit, s’mores, pool, sauna, community room, snacks and drinks, the option for breakfast, the clean well designed

i particularly like the reception house with the sitting room, fireplace and small bar for wine and beer that converts to coffee service in the morning

bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and hot tubs

lobby with bar and seating area very nice

staff, great breakfast choices, kids loved pool, parents the whirlpools

the fact that we were able to check in early (for the kids to swim after hours of driving) was so nice

canam hockey kids that come in on thursday thru sunday need to be more respectful and not be as noisy as they

) it was fine for the kids though

on a nice spring, summer, or fall day, it'd be a pretty walk with the golf course nearby and a beautiful view of the mountains

quiet ; beautiful golf course and view of mountains right across the street

way to make it better would be some type of play equipment for kids…

playground for the kids and a pool was taken care of by the great outdoors
