suite was well furnished, the kitchen had all the normal utensils, plates, silverware, glasses, coffee maker, keurig, toaster

the kitchen was equipped with enough pans and cutlery that you could cook if you wished

wasn’t ready for hours, no bar or food service on monday or tuesday, exploitation of parking restrictions for guests to charge

dessert and drinks in downstairs bar very good, as well as the service

rooftop bar was great

they also have a rooftop bar which i didn't get to this trip but i'm sure it's an awesome spot to hang with a great lake

of being lakefront with the kayaks, paddleboats, sup boards, etc are so worth it if you have kids

access to shops and main street and the lake at the lobby doorstep and beautiful yards/outdoor pool

if all the neighbors are out with their kids and dogs early in the morning you'll be awake too, whether you want to be or not

my biggest issue was the $50 per night per pet fee

the pet fee was also somewhat expensive at approx 40% of the base room rate

the view from our room was amazing and the lounge room with the giant connect 4 and pool table was a lot of fun

location looking over the lake, right on the main street with plenty of shops and bars nearby

both afternoons, both lobby bar and fireplace area were closed due to private parties, which was unfortunate

champagne on arrival, swimming pool, view from our room of the lake, the comfortable chairs in the lobby in the main building,

we have stayed in many places in lake placid, and this bar far was our favorite

didn't offer any breakfast, just coffee and poor fruit bars, not even fresh pastrey

also, the front desk personnel allowed me a late check out (3pm) at a charge of $100 so that i could return to hotel after my

staff are courteous and friendly, location is perfect, bar and bonfire after dark with smores were the icing on the cake

what it seems like we paid for in the higher-than-average price as there was no complimentary breakfast (or kitchen to order food if we wanted) and no other amenities

kitchen convenient with water kettle, coffee maker, blender, 2 stove top burners decent though

way to make it better would be some type of play equipment for kids…

the 2 bedrooms were perfect for our family (though 2 twin beds would have been preferred by our kids over the 1 bigger bed), and the living space was great

a kitchen sink in the main room where island is would be perfect

beautiful location; close to town, with golf course and mountains across the street - it was a really great stay

furniture in unit was very mediocre; kitchen was poorly stocked with dishes, etc.

they loved the cozy living room and the modern fully ready kitchen

canam hockey kids that come in on thursday thru sunday need to be more respectful and not be as noisy as they

we had the perfect view of lake placid and whiteface mountain, with access to the pool, dock, paddle boards and kayaks

at the pool would be great and there were certain parts of the room that need some tlc - just a quick fix

a towel bar near the sink would be nice. and housekeeping every other day without request.

insulation must be paper thin all we heard all night was kids running up and down the hallways and the next door yelling and banging and above us people

most people took the stairs but people with little kids and gear had it rough

breakfast was convenient though nothing special: yogurt, bagels, oatmeal

the breakfast had few protein ideas ( no eggs, no meat ). but the rest was good.

music we heard until 2am and with kids this wasn't the best , beds where u comfortable for adults

the pool was very clean and the playground was perfect for the kids

can t get wifi in room with apple products. they do put chair out front so you can use wifi.
