coffee wasn’t available when stated. laundry room; soap dispenser broken.

and not have me make a trip to my bank at three in the morning just to wash my clothes in your laundry mat

laundry room had no coin change machine and front desk was unable to change coin either.

breakfast stopped too early especially during weekdays and most times our kids missed it :)

this place like the plague unless you want to pay high extra parking fees, high extra pet fees, high fees for basically everything

laundry didn’t work, no housekeeping, asked for extra towels and had to get ourselves, toilet

we are love to wash our laundry before we head home and they had a great set next door at their sister location

there was a disturbance on our floor one night at 2am that scared my kids

staff was very accommodating and friendly, pool area was great with lots of seating options and a nice size pool

kitchen came stocked with all the supplies needed

the laundry room was also very handy especially if you are travelling with kids

the size of the rooms. the kids liked the pool an hot tub. breakfast was also a big plus.

our large room with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths was clean and felt more like a timeshare thanks to the kitchen

the room was nice. the building is a bit creepy. their pet fee is ridiculous.

about extending your stay with them your 100 deposit doesn't roll over and they get u for tha pet fee again

their pet fee !

gym is a plus and free laundry machine is so very appreciated
