the laundry room was dirty even the soap section of the washer (sitting liquid with film and gross

well as per usual laundry facilities, pool and vending machines

coffee wasn’t available when stated. laundry room; soap dispenser broken.

and not have me make a trip to my bank at three in the morning just to wash my clothes in your laundry mat

laundry room had no coin change machine and front desk was unable to change coin either.

the breakfast is the best, the pool, location is all perfect

enjoyed it but there wasn’t a breakfast this morning and we could not use the pool

could use some improvement (doors and pavement a bit dinged up, puddles on the walkways, ice/laundry room could be better

we are love to wash our laundry before we head home and they had a great set next door at their sister location

loved it my kids enjoyed it as well

the only downside i can think of is that the laundry facilities only had 4 washers and 3 dryers.

walls are a little thin and with it being a family hotel you can here kids and baby crying very easily
