loud; expensive; wifi did not work in the room

complementary wifi and shuttle to the airport at the end of our stay was excellent

hotel had the restaurant and bar right outside the rooms and could hear people talking a tv while trying to sleep

pool was a little dirty, wifi was very slow

location is central, clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool the kids loved, good air

really welcoming staff allowed early check in and luggage storage after check out.

there is so much to do- restaurant, pool, kayaks, hammocks, comfy couches and stools by the water

no gym. the pool was freezing and underwhelming.

the so called infinity pool is a very small pool and was not very inviting

outside area seemed neglected: construction debris , loungers were in poor state , pool wasn t in good condition

the pool was green so we couldn t use it

i like the facilities, they were awesome, the pool and the amenities are nice.

staff went above and beyond and allowed early check in which was very helpful and amazing

they do have a small gym which isn t by the restaurant but by the rooms
