the hotel has a gym and a long jacuzzi like pool that was lovely tho it required a reservation to use due to covid

not sure about do they have bigger rooms for family and kids

there is a (very, very small) gym, which we made use of and a spa (which we didn't make use of)

useful gym with treadmill, bike and some dumbbells

we sent out laundry with good results

we got a room upgrade, early check in

the room with the balcony was spectacular and the bar has the best cocktails in town.
