have kids with allergies and asthma, one of whom reacted to the air quality in the room overnight

washer seems not work very well, the drying function cannot work, and need to ask for laundry detergent

fitness room is the bare minimum but it’s 24 hours

bagged breakfast in place of the restaurant because of covid was a perfect alternative for our kids

the only issue is that the breakfast is only open until 10 am.

pool was broken the first 2 days we were there, so we had to drive to another location to swim

pool wasn't working with the weather in the high 90s

on the balconies below, asked for 2 towels to replace the 2 that we used so we could go to the pool, staff never gave them

like they have never been cleaned room stunk very dirty on walkway to room advertised outdoor pool open, it had 1 foot of dirty green water in it stacks of waste material around

the area it was located in. the pool and that they gave us a 1st floor.

the most important thing i may add is the fact one of my kids found a drug pipe

,drug addicts outside , housekeepers lived across the hall from my room with kids left the door open and were outside drugged up and crying

a pool was advertised for this location so we booked it for the kids for that reason but the pool was falling apart and out of service

we had to cut our trip short because my kids and i were getting bit by bedbugs and couldn’t stay here the second night

because this is truly disgusting…this will leave you with health issues especially if you have kids and they smell these conditions

no pet fee saving on that all in all the cheaper rate

the staff was very friendly. the laundry area was nice with nice/new washer and dryer machines.

on site laundry was very convenient

we loved our stay and we especially enjoyed the pool

breakfast was included & was good. free parking staff was friendly

easy parking and entry to hotel. ground floor, no elevators. lots of space in our room.

we didn’t get to use the pool or gym like we had hoped to, but it is great this location has those for guests

kids (17,14,17) were down there getting breakfast and my daughter went to get waffle mix and the

wish there was a jacuzzi or whirlpool available for a nice water massage

i love that they welcome dogs and there is no extra pet fee

management provides early check in. much appreciated!

pet fee was $10 per pet per day so it was nice being able to “evacuate” with out entire family

laundry facilities

we had a full kitchen and all for the same price as a regular room

no silverware, plates, pots or pans, glasses. but had a kitchen.

we liked the full kitchen in our room. we really liked the accommodating staff.
