i loved the pool and actually came specifically to this location for the pool

my kids loved the fancy bathroom

it was quiet, clean and the breakfast was perfect

everything from the front desk staff, to the room being spotless and the breakfast was awesome!

ev charging stations were available on the property

pool was very clean and refreshing

the staff is very accommodating and the breakfast is excellent

i was sad because your pool was closed! damn covid-19

then we got in the pool

we were at the first floor & we heard kids running on the 2nd floor

pet fee was $10 per pet per day so it was nice being able to “evacuate” with out entire family

we liked the full kitchen in our room. we really liked the accommodating staff.

we had a full kitchen and all for the same price as a regular room

no silverware, plates, pots or pans, glasses. but had a kitchen.

laundry facilities

clean, quiet, large dining area for breakfast.

they called after i booked the room to let me know the pool was being remodeled and i could cancel if that was an

little bit of a musty smell and pool seemed to be lacking maintenance.

the pool looked dirty

the room was spacious and very clean. breakfast was hot, set up was very clean

nice hot tub and pool.

fitness room is the bare minimum but it’s 24 hours

pool closed

bagged breakfast in place of the restaurant because of covid was a perfect alternative for our kids

washer seems not work very well, the drying function cannot work, and need to ask for laundry detergent

the full kitchen in the rooms and the shower only was excellent and easy for my aging mom

kitchen seemed overwhelmed with breakfast goers , needed more food if you didn’t get there early

washing machines and dryers to wash all of clothes, 1usd which was perfect when traveling with 3 kids on 3 week

pool had too much chlorine

the pool and gym were clean and well kept, the breakfast was plentiful and the eating area was kept clean

the staff was super friendly and accommodated a late check out due to our travel needs (car sick toddler and having to travel around nap time)

pool wasn't as large as we would have liked

a bit underwhelmed by breakfast, but they did their best in the age of covid

like they have never been cleaned room stunk very dirty on walkway to room advertised outdoor pool open, it had 1 foot of dirty green water in it stacks of waste material around

the area it was located in. the pool and that they gave us a 1st floor.

pool wasn't working with the weather in the high 90s

on the balconies below, asked for 2 towels to replace the 2 that we used so we could go to the pool, staff never gave them

hotel gross yellow walls they have little kids who live there work there and clean the rooms, stuff doesn't no what to do down there that

the bathroom we were too afraid to bathe the kids in because it had pubic hair in the tub, shower walls and who knows what else

we had to cut our trip short because my kids and i were getting bit by bedbugs and couldn’t stay here the second night

i was checking in and he asked if a room with no working bathroom is okay, i said no, we have two kids, we were put in a nice big room with a whole living room area with recliners

,drug addicts outside , housekeepers lived across the hall from my room with kids left the door open and were outside drugged up and crying

only complaint would be better towels in pool area for customers.

the food was good. but not enough room for everyone to sit down during breakfast

and the pool had been closed for years yet there was a sign up, saying it was closed for construction

the fact that it was new years eve and no where did i read the bar was closed.

wanted to go into the bar but it was not opened, could be a little cheaper on the price
