the rooms were clean, the pool and fitness rooms were top notch

pool wasn't working with the weather in the high 90s

on the balconies below, asked for 2 towels to replace the 2 that we used so we could go to the pool, staff never gave them

like they have never been cleaned room stunk very dirty on walkway to room advertised outdoor pool open, it had 1 foot of dirty green water in it stacks of waste material around

the area it was located in. the pool and that they gave us a 1st floor.

the only issue is that the breakfast is only open until 10 am.

pool was broken the first 2 days we were there, so we had to drive to another location to swim

clean spacious rooms, had a gym, breakfast and good location

kids were running everywhere and laying in the hall

breakfast was nice

,drug addicts outside , housekeepers lived across the hall from my room with kids left the door open and were outside drugged up and crying

the most important thing i may add is the fact one of my kids found a drug pipe

hotel gross yellow walls they have little kids who live there work there and clean the rooms, stuff doesn't no what to do down there that

a pool was advertised for this location so we booked it for the kids for that reason but the pool was falling apart and out of service

don't travel here with young kids

rooms, carpet, dust, small breakfast, breakfast hours only until 9am horrible, pool is small and stinky, and price is way too much

was very clean, kitchen so we did not have to eat out for all meals, pool decent size, included breakfast was a plus, location is walking distance to wegmans

it was perfect. large room for our family of 5, kids had room to play and dog friendly.

they had excellent kitchen amenities and id definitely stay again

the suite we stayed in very cute with full kitchen

not only was it spacious, but there was a kitchen, dining room and living room in one of the two bedrooms that we booked

there were kids running wild throughout the facility

pet fee was $10 per pet per day so it was nice being able to “evacuate” with out entire family

is very efficiently laid out giving you a comfortable bed, a closet, a living area, a kitchen and a dining/work table, and bathroom

we had a full kitchen and all for the same price as a regular room

no silverware, plates, pots or pans, glasses. but had a kitchen.

the pool area could be a little updated in my opinion but the kids enjoyed it

they offered breakfast in the morning which was great having kids

breakfast was good.

when we took our kids for the pool to just get away for the night

i love that they welcome dogs and there is no extra pet fee

we didn’t get to use the pool or gym like we had hoped to, but it is great this location has those for guests

wish there was a jacuzzi or whirlpool available for a nice water massage

it (but i forgot to check the main website for that info so this may have been my fault) so the kids were disappointed

kids and i had a little pizza party in the room with movies on the tv and passed out

one of the reasons we pick your place so the kids could swim

there is a very useful guest laundry and at $3 a pop it’s also very affordable

close to our kids to stay overnight
