walking to get to the pool

the view from our room was beautiful. hot tub was very relaxing and pool was great! very clean

the new rooms and the place just wish all the amenities were open pool jacuzzi restaurant gym however i understand with

our one night stay we requested an early check in which was not granted

got kids channels and fox news, reprogram was locked out

was described as having kitchen facilities- but there was no plates/cups/glasses/flatware - so no way of making tea or

coffee pot or sink in the kitchenette

what upset me most, were the empty kitchen cabinets

kitchen facilities good

no charging ports . a little kitchenette, but not a single glass, silver ware, plate etc...

the pool was nice. we swam laps. water temp 74°f. the property manager was very helpful.

the pool was locked. pillows to soft and bed soft. had to turn tv on and off by hand.

location was great got an early check in and staff was friendly.

the outdoor seasonal pool was also advertised but gaited and locked when we got there

needs for a night, basic cleanliness nothing too fancy, facilities are limited to only an indoor pool, which actually looked pretty clean and inviting

customer service great, very clean, pool open and clean everything at your leisure.

when the live band stopped, the bar music continued until 2:20 am

the bar was excellent

the sushi bar appetizers and my meal came out quickly, but the rest of my family’s food didn’t arrive

we are told that a bar will be added to the door to slow the closure

the pool and hot tub are open which is good, wish we got to use it

bar staff was nice, front desk at initial check in was nice

was very nice and accommodating breakfast was very good even the children loved it there with the pool and everything great stay,would do it again and

clean, recently updated lobby, not far to drive to major sights, nice small gym and pool

just that the pool and fitness center were closed for renovations.

treadmills, two or three ellipticals, dumb bells, kettle bells and various other equipment, the pool was small but heated and good for kids

no continental breakfast to speak of

i would like to see better breakfast options.

my little ones had a blast at the water park every day of our stay, they loved the sundae social, and made some friends during our

hotel food was horrible. no room service. expensive for what is offered. no water in rooms.

an issue with plumbing on the first floor, they could not get the toilet to stop clogging & their laundry room was constantly flooding - we had no maid service our entire time there
