what upset me most, were the empty kitchen cabinets

was described as having kitchen facilities- but there was no plates/cups/glasses/flatware - so no way of making tea or

had a kitchenette with no plates, cups or utensils! no coffee

unaccompanied children at outdoor pool with no hotel bracelets on; thinking they came from public beach onto property

loved the new renovations to the restaurant and pool bar, our dinner and server monday night were amazing

got kids channels and fox news, reprogram was locked out

screaming kids in the lounge due to a youth baseball group and a bar mitzvah going on

great location and fun for the kids! people in restaurant were very nice!

the sushi bar appetizers and my meal came out quickly, but the rest of my family’s food didn’t arrive

the bar was excellent

we are told that a bar will be added to the door to slow the closure

when the live band stopped, the bar music continued until 2:20 am

breakfast or even a coffee bar would have been nice for the price

pool was empty. i assume because of covid but kids were disappointed.

they closed the pool for the season to early rooms need to be updated trouble with tv connection

the pool looked dirty and unmaintained

the outdoor seasonal pool was also advertised but gaited and locked when we got there

location was great got an early check in and staff was friendly.

spa was great as well as water park

we got a balcony room that was overlooking a back parking lot

needed extra pillows and towels - very quick room service for that .

the pool was very nice and the staff were very accommodating

even during covid, they were able to provide complimentary breakfast through grab and go items

there were tons of kids so was not able to use the pool

across from the mall no need to drive) delicious breakfast included which kids loved it big warm pool very nice room

/ breakfast was amazing/fruit/oatmeal/ bacon/sausage/cheesy omelette and scrambled eggs /best

breakfast was good

continental breakfast had variety of different breakfast items

customer service great, very clean, pool open and clean everything at your leisure.

the continental breakfast area offered a great choice, was clean and comfortable with both indoor and outdoor

loved that the hotel has an indoor pool
