guest laundry facilities came in handy

great location near several nice golf courses

kids (and adults) loved the pool

we were staying in myrtle beach and the kids wanted to see snow

however they did wave the pet fee bc of that

there isn’t a mini fridge which we knew ahead of time and planned around for our two kids

door to porch needs safety bar for placement on bottom rail

only complaint was the lack of utensils and cookware for the kitchen

it needs more dishes to cook with in the kitchen

staff was great and we loved the breakfast

price, comfortable room, pleasant staff, convenient location to a cute town, good breakfast

the pool heat was broken and water in pool was colder than creek water

pool water was freezing cold and not very enjoyable

view and specified not on the 1st floor and you see the lake but with a pretty large view of the parking lot, 2nd and 3rd floor might be slightly better, but 2nd floor rooms have not been updated

the cozy ambiance you would expect, no noise insulation, lake view i paid for is ruined by the parking lot

we did see deer in the property and the kids really enjoyed that, but that's not exclusive to the resort

room we got was overlooking the parking lot eventhough at the desk they said you would have a nice view with mountains

don t book rooms on the 2nd floor that look out to the parking area, besides not being renovated the view is unpleasant and offers no privacy unless you

my room was actually a small apartment, full living room with gas fireplace, dining area and a kitchen that came fully equipped

it was nice to have a full kitchen available in our suite

friendly staff and very accommodating to our early check in

killed a full grown roach and 4 smaller roaches at midnight on the kitchen countertop.

in the kitchen and there were plates in the cupboard that were greasy and a little dirty

conveniantly located and pet friendly. pet fee was inexpensive.

two floor cabin for only 250$ for 6 people including a 10$ pet fee

pets allowed and only charged an extra 10 bucks for pet fee

pet fee was a bit high but the cleanliness made it worth it

room was absolutely ud83dudcaf % worth every penny, for every room to have a full kitchen (stove, microwave, dishwasher, & full size refrigerator) is amazing and is so convenient

check-in, cleanliness, location, comfort of the rooms with their super-complete kitchen for a family

it was as expected. it was clean and comfortable. the gym was nice and clean.

the breakfast was good-- i appreciated the freshly-made waffles

grandson and i enjoyed the breakfast, the pool and the stay,, i took him to tweetsie railroad and we loved our room
