very clean, nice service, pool was great but cold.

the staff was kind and helpful. also, the gym was well equipped.

the next morning when i got back from the gym, my room’s door was locked and the key did not work

:) the room is fine, had all the necessary furniture, wifi was fast, staff helpful, plenty of parking space, close to bars, restaurants and beach (by car (-)the wifi signal was very poor in my room. (+)was nice with great space, great view, excellent king bed, super confortable, wifi, tv with netflix and hotel has on of the best locations at boqueron (+) add the wifi password to the room and more pillows (-)water pressure issues (bathrooms and kitchen) old sofa short wifi reach (+) the wifi was good and the drive was nice (-) staff didn t give wifi password and walls are thin so you can hear everything around (+) wifi is free (+) we also enjoyed the amenities such as the pool and wifi (-) the wifi was poor

not many appliances at the kitchen.

there were two bathrooms so we didn t have to share and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed

the staff was friendly and we got to celebrate my brother in laws birthday by the pool area

close to many bars, supermarkets, laundry mats, etc

could need for a great beach stay is provided (access to bbq grill, beach towels, lounge chairs, kitchenettes, etc

the place is air conditioned but it was in the kitchen so it will not flow into the room

there could be a knife for fruits and wine glasses in the kitchen

rooms are spacious and provide from fridge and microwave up to complete kitchen (depending on booked room type)

many mosquitoes, housekeeping was not done automatically and the kitchen stove was not working

the room was spacious and clean and had a little kitchen with everything you needed

it was in the ground floor right in the communal kitchen, so very noisy especially in the mornings

kitchenette - i didn't use and would have not since it wasn't as clean as the other areas

kitchen and rooftop location for those who want city center.

lots of parking space and microwave and small refrigerator in rooms

you do need a car, but there is ample free parking, in a big lot

i love the exercise, we have 2 kids under 2 and we needed to walk up and down aprox 7 flights of stairs to get to our room on the

internet could have been more stable and we wished the hotel had breakfast included

lovely gardens. pool/bar and patio restaurant nice landscape. well maintained

the suites have a modern decoration with kitchen and air condition in the rooms.

there was a restaurant across the street, there was a gift shop, bar and a pool

staff was wonderful and very accommodating to our early check in and late check out request

the laundry room itself was dirty but convenient

the room and outdoors. the pools looks very fun and clean and is very peaceful.

sprawling and roomy feel on the property. hotel bar was fun and the staff there were great

the pool was beautiful the lobby looked great all is open

the play area for kids (with the ping pong table, oversized connect four, etc) was a huge hit with the grandkids

if one wants to go to a pool or the gym you have to have the code to get in

the restaurant eclipse on site had amazing food and had a great pool for the kids to swim in

+ safe and well maintained resort + spacious and very nice villas/apartments + fully equipped kitchen + on request free

of the 2 pools was closed so we only had access to one pool and beach

really the place to come and hang at the pool, if thats what you want
