the swimming pool did not look clean .

place , we dont feel that we are in puero rico , it is gated property and good for family with kids , restaurants was always booked and we never get chance to seat in , although was very

villa was in good condition, kitchen utensils and cookware included

the staff is friendly and the beds are very comfortable and the units have a kitchenette

there were kids screaming at 7am and that is too early.

arrived late,but the staff was friendly, the room very clean, pool excellent

no microwave in the room hav to walk all the way to the laundry room

no entertainment for kids besides the pool.

we wished the bar area would’ve been open. also better tv cable. very limited channels.

hopefully the additional pool will be done for my next stay.

pool was very clean and the kids pool seemed to have warm water so the kids dont get cold, the room was cleaned at least twice

i love the pool area and the restaurant

the pool bar was closed .

there is free breakfast offered for guests and the food offered for lunch and dinner were really good

coffee machine cups tv blow dryer the hotel grounds are spectacular you can hike trail the pool is clean even a jacuzzi kiddy pool for the kids you can connect with nature nice quiet

place is beautiful my kids had a wonderful time peaceful the staff was excellent and their rooms were very clean

i dont think the room by the kitchen and the out door sitting area should be used for paying customers

many mosquitoes, housekeeping was not done automatically and the kitchen stove was not working

kitchen facility only fridge and microwave

kitchenette - i didn't use and would have not since it wasn't as clean as the other areas

there was a separate little kitchen & shower & sink were separated from toilet & another sink

direct access to beach and walking distance to other facilities like pool, restaurants.

we miss the outdoor kitchen.

rooms are spacious and provide from fridge and microwave up to complete kitchen (depending on booked room type)

wish the property had more of an outside kitchen area

there could be a knife for fruits and wine glasses in the kitchen

we appreciated the kitchen amenities
