restaurant opens late which is inconvenient with little kids

the bar was closed (covid measure?). there were a coffee and candy machine instead.

when the roof terrace bar gets its licence in june 2023, i would then further improve my rating to best rating available

they have 1 pool in their spa area but no outdoor pool (i think the photo suggesting this may have since been removed (+) the rooms are spacious, elegant, and impeccably clean, with thoughtful details that reflect refined taste and a (-)the water temperature in the spa room - was expecting a hotter bath. (+) the linens are dreamy, the food delicious, afternoon snack lovely, spa pool very relaxing after a full day of walking (+) the little pool in spa is a huge plus (+) the spa is small, and you have to reserve it in advance (we called 30min beforehand and it was free), (+)heated pool at the spa was so relaxing and complimentary with a reservation

service at breakfast was a bit variable - sometimes it was slow and i had to ask for something a few times

and i don t think i ve had such an amazing breakfast

to add to the amazing team at the front desk, room service and the concierge when i told them i m sick and not feeling well, i was treated like

the gym that was actually important to me was very small and super hot, so don t expect much from

it is really misleading to announce the hotel as one having gym. disappointing

is a lovely old but renovated hotel with a nice bar area and spacious rooms (superior double)

the restaurant was not open for dinner but they served some of the same menu items in the bar and they were very good
