didn’t like that there were young kids doing cannon balls in the pool while we were in hot tub

was a little noisy at first until the kids in the other room settled down

we booked specifically for the pool and it was closed for maintenance the whole

breakfast was great, rooms were perfect size and very clean

loved the well stocked kitchen

the pool closes late night, but i understand it’s probably for safety reasons.

it was comfortable clean and i loved the scenery...really had a good time at the pool.

was very busy with dcu events and your hotel was very crowded with a lot of excited kids

the hotel had their own bar which was convenient

only issue was the hotel bar was expensive and the bartender was rude and made a horrible drink and then when confronted

it was a little disappointing that the hotel bar isn’t open late

the lobby sitting areas, bar and breakfast also exceeded my expectations

price and the fact that it had a guest laundry room

rooms were dirty, the hallway to the room was dirty and had a smell the laundry facility was not

very noisy, children screaming in parking lot

we had to wash our own towels when we did our laundry

wifi included. it gets a little expensive paying 4.99$ a day for high speed internet. :( (+)everything was very good, just lacking included wifi and a small frige. (-)if would be nice to have insluded wifi and a small fridge. (-)free wifi sucked (-)breakfast, wifi not free (+)unhappy that there was no free wifi. (-)didn't program room card for the number days not enough linen in room for family of 4 paying for wifi (-) if you wanted wifi you had to pay for it (-)no breakfast. unable to get wifi. community trash not being emptied before overflowing. (+)pets can stay for free. bed was comfortable and there was wifi.

the pool was nice and clean and warm, the room was huge with separate kitchen (hot top, fridge, sink, dishwasher) the bathroom and glass walk in shower was so beautiful

we didn't have time to use the pool, unfortunately

breakfast, facilities, location, my kids loved the pool with warm water as well as the scrub mommy

my dad left his room key in the gym answering the staff were quick to give him a replacement
