beautiful hotel & location! nice indoor pool for the kids. right next to mt. washington!

loved that it had 2 ev chargers as we took our tesla to the hotel

the staff at the bar was also very polite and had happy faces to greet you at any point in time

weird lobby bar area rules

good (skip the steak for sure), but the waitress was very nice and helpful; moved our room due to kids jumping on beds above us for hours but front desk did help with that after second phone call -

the bar and restaurant was super convenient and delicious as well

the recently opened swimming pool was amazing and the gym had all new (and more than sufficient) equipment

we went without kids but will bring them back there when we go to storyland

we left before breakfast but we were offered to help ourselves to any of the food and beverages available which

should have put my family on the first floor with little kids, people complained about them running across floor , we was on 2 nd floor, and crying at 7 pm

i love the fire pit, the tribute to the fallen 7, the pool, playground and basketball net

on the back porch with mount washington (among others) looming above us; there were fire pits and kids running and playing and it was just fabulous

the dinner was good but not great, and the dining room service was slow; however, the incredible lightning storm that we watched through the dining

i called room service and no one answered

there were no pancakes at the buffet station so she went in the kitchen and it made for our kids

no coffee maker in my room and no room service

kids enjoyed pool, row boat and the sheep

bonfires at night and kids entertainment

outside with kids at night during blizzard in pools and jacuzzis

they could have replaced the coffee and towels for the spa each day.

lap pool was a great treat for the end of a busy ski day

the swimming pool in the fitness center is longer than those in most of other hotels, and a hot spa pool helps

heated pool and the basketball gym was a winner with my teenagers

the pool was clean and the property was well-kept

it rained almost the whole time so we didn't get to use the pool, but it was open and looked clean when i checked it out

their previous hotel accommodations to ours at fairfield marriott for the pool, where all of our kids would spend the most time in but it was uncomfortable to even be in there

i booked it through online its says it will be kitchen and two stories room but when i got there there was no kitchen it was a bunk bed for

bedroom was dated, carpet was very old

one king bed bed and pet friendly and zero pet fee

com stated it was pet friendly

felt the $20 per pet fee per night was too high.

we were traveling with a dog and they moved us to a “ pet friendly” which was located in the farthest possible location from main entrance we felt like

paint could use a touch up, the furniture isn't really suited to the size of the room, and the wifi was hard to connect
