pool could have been warmer

spa was wonderful

and my favorite part of the property was the outdoor heated pool

outdoor heated pool, stables, golf, walking and hiking options, lawn games etc

lots of history and beautiful spanish rennaissance architecture

our kids were devastated

drinks during dinner at the 1896 bar were well balanced and a good pour

the restaurant and bar option at the hotel was also closed

breakfast, shuttle was convenient, location has amazing mountain views, outdoor heated pool in -17° wind chill, spa (but book early to get what services you want), skiing, history tour

was no restaurant or bar in the hotel, it was closed for the season

the pool was clean and the property was well-kept

it rained almost the whole time so we didn't get to use the pool, but it was open and looked clean when i checked it out

pool was sparkling and there is a well-maintained playground

it had full kitchen and almost every tool you need

view was amazing and the kids loved the tire swings and play ground

had a room with bunk beds and a kitchen which was fabulous because we were traveling w/ family

they had mini kitchen in cabins which was great as i was there for a wedding and that work great for

will be back for a 3 rd year the kids love it

maybe a bigger pool?

also bar closes early and tons of kids hanging in bar area

the bartender (neal) and staff at the bar were outstanding

it has a fine 9 hole golf course as well if that’s your game

the spabath was perfect for my diy personal spa weekend in the mountains

we stayed only one night and was really impressed with good breakfast

the attached bar and restaurant is also great

my room last year was golf themed and included a set of 1940s wooden shaft clubs

rooms are decorated with themes - ours had a golf theme

i didn't eat but the menus looked appetizing and the bar was

close to a covered bridge and golf course

the amenities are top notch: the gym is modern and for a hotel well equipped, the outdoor hot tub was great, and the fireplaces are

matress in our room was super lumpy, like sleeping on a sack of laundry

no jacuzzi tub no kitchenette no extras

then send new incorrect food and then disregard the rest of the order and then blame it on the kitchen

no microwave in the room ! you had to go to the laundry room to use one ! not impressed !

there was a restaurant and bar so no need to leave if one wanted an inclusive stay

com stated it was pet friendly

bedroom was dated, carpet was very old

one king bed bed and pet friendly and zero pet fee

felt the $20 per pet fee per night was too high.

we were traveling with a dog and they moved us to a “ pet friendly” which was located in the farthest possible location from main entrance we felt like

pet fee $25 per animal

disc golf on property, mini golf (not the best but what do you want for free) great for the little ones

pools and mini-golf were great for the kids (5 and 3)

the breakfast was delicious, the indoor pool was on point and the staff was really kind.

the gym most of the equipment is broken or non-operational but the treadmills work

has a pool with a hot tub and a gym, which were almost empty when we visited in the beginning of november

all my laundry at home had to be washed due to
