only thing i couldn't understand was when i went down to the bar i waited for service for 10 minutes but no-one came

that the roof top solarium and bar was closed

i spent 1h30 at the bar with a girl friend between 20:30 and 22:00 without anyone saying anything to us: closed

the bar on the facility possessed a most unwelcoming atmosphere, and the breakfast, although plentiful,

there's a bar iron duke nearby and we heard drunk voices till 4am from the

breakfast was great and my son loved the doughnuts...

excellent spa gym and pool facilities

spacious and modern, great location away from the busy centre but only a 10 minute walk away, by

windows let through almost all sound so the bar next door could prevent you from sleeping

the bar is not open at night but seems that there's a dispute with the council regarding licences

everything: nice breakfast, room, bar opened late, sea view, nice persons.

enjoyed the thermal pool- very relaxing after a round of golf

hotel had a nice playground, paddle boats, and its forest/grounds so it was great for kids

staff is great and always very kind and helpful. breakfast was good. pet friendly.

the spa is very nice (but have just one thermal pool) (+) the antique hall of the spa is a beautiful space (-) the showers in the thermal spa deserve some renewal, as they are dark and musty (-)spa - which isn't a spa but more like a medical place (-)have to pay for spa and fitness area: that should be state on the profile (-)booked this hotel specifically to use the spa facilities, but upon arrival, i found out the spa was closed and no one informed me

free street parking, although the hotel may have its own park, something that i did not need to clarify
