the location is wonderful, and the breakfast is amazing

if the bar is closed you are welcome to help yourself to the drinks and are trusted to tick a box for what

theres great water sports facilities available and a great bar with lively music and entertainment

only thing i couldn't understand was when i went down to the bar i waited for service for 10 minutes but no-one came

the bar on the facility possessed a most unwelcoming atmosphere, and the breakfast, although plentiful,

no lounge or bar to relax … only restaurant… but not a relaxing space .

i spent 1h30 at the bar with a girl friend between 20:30 and 22:00 without anyone saying anything to us: closed

we used the laundry service and were pleased with the results

hotel had a nice playground, paddle boats, and its forest/grounds so it was great for kids

the spa is very nice (but have just one thermal pool) (+) the antique hall of the spa is a beautiful space (-) the showers in the thermal spa deserve some renewal, as they are dark and musty (-)spa - which isn't a spa but more like a medical place (-)have to pay for spa and fitness area: that should be state on the profile (-)booked this hotel specifically to use the spa facilities, but upon arrival, i found out the spa was closed and no one informed me
