very historic but modern cosy bar area friendly staff

we arrived and upon check in we were upgraded rooms at no extra cost, i enquired about a late check out and we were also given this for no extra cost

your breakfast staff were excellent along with your bar staff and if we come back to ilfracombe, we will definitely stay at the britannia again

bar staff seemed to be very rude when questions were asked

of the staff weren’t very approachable especially the bar man on saturday night who stood there throwing his hands up saying no as we approached the bar

great breakfast, lovely staff. room was brilliant for 2 kids and 2 adults, beds comfy

15 so couldn't make breakfast, the lady made us up a packed lunch of lovely sandwiches water juice crisps chocolate bar

we booked last minute and couldn't get a table however they offered us room service
