are still working out the kinks with room service because it was very hard to get ahold of someone to get food

no supervision at the pool area, kids were diving/jumping in the pool in groups of 3+

the pool is only open between 6 am to 10pm

was perfect (cleanliness of rooms, hallways, elevators, lobby, gym, pool and grounds of property) were above satisfactory

the free breakfast was great also

we used the refrigerator, the dishwasher and everything else in between in the kitchen area

also, the hotel didn't charge pet fee on my dog

however, i know i had a long day and 5 kids to get settled in, and for all i know she had a long day of dealing with customers

kind of confusing knowing which parking lot to turn in to get to hotel.
