staff, a couple of rooms looked to be in the middle of construction, no extra pillows, advertised pool but it was closed, phones didn't work, missing light bulbs in

after checkout i had to use the restroom and the staff said it was located by the pool

the staff was exceptional, meaning natalie and stephanie at check-in, to the restaurant and bar staff

we started the day with a phenomenal, hot breakfast featuring everything from fresh fruit to delicious waffles

the pool and hot tub facilities were great

out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, even helping with extra blankets and breakfast items for the kids

i explained to the gentleman at the front desk on saturday, he said he was sorry about the pool and the vending machine
