resort is so pet friendly - such a nice change

wish the place had a pool, but besides that all was well

everything, nice place to stay very clean with full amenities incluing laundry in every suite

our room had 3 bedrooms and a big living space, kitchen, pull out sofa bed, 2 bathrooms

kitchen was more equipped than i thought it would be - a great surprise

hot tub and pool could use upgrading. jet switch for hot tub would be nice

pool wasn’t open yet when other hotels pools were open.

crowded, not to mention it was closed for use several times throughout our stay disappointing our kids, parking limited and we often had to drive around for minutes to get a spot

they have a spa on site and i was able to get my self in for an awesome massage

there is inside parking and a great spa onsite

clean and quiet, room service is great

wanted quiet relaxation in the jacuzzi one evening, but there were young kids splashing around

good location. restaurant and bar onsite. clean rooms, friendly staff.

since nonone watches the pool, some kids where misbehaving and pool was not fully enjoyed by all kids

kids really enjoyed the pool/hot tub area and we were able to use the bonfire one night

spa room

rooms were absolutely beautiful and the underground parking was wonderful

electric kettle in the room and did not provide hot water from room service

apartment was well equipped, spacious and very comfortable

- can be a walking distance to groceries, short trails, gyms, town the restaurant- grande kitchen and bar - superb food

nordic spa facilities were not open yet, which is fair since this is a new place

it could have been better as well if the room is a little bit bigger so my kids have more space to play around

i would recommend this hotel and spa as a relaxing place to spend a weekend in canmore

i wish they had a pool or some spa area, which they are in the process of getting.

there is a bit of construction from 10-4pm, they are adding a pool/spa area, however did not affect our stay

myself out of room after reception hours but helpful bar staff were able to assist me in getting back into room

you get 15% off at the bar that’s attached to the hotel

we were fortunate in getting a spot near our room away from the bar entrance which we were told can get loud

reastaurent and the bar is close by

the attached bar has excellent food, service, live music , big screen tvs and even monday karaoke

very kind staff. surprisingly good gym for a hotel.

staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with a late check out, as i have ms and cancer and mornings are very hard for me some mornings

and every thing reasonable price compared to value big hot tub up to 8 person very well equiped gym nice game room for kids including soccer table and drawing

good bed. laundry was handy. kitchenette also very convenient.

coin laundry access was appreciated
