we have stayed in many hotels in w/s/m but this hotel ticked every box for us including room service which a lot of them do not offer and they are so

2 laundry bins by the front door, one with clean dog towels and the other for dirty dog towels,

only thing i didn't like was the fact i booked this hotel mainly because it had parking and there were no spaces when we got there
