the pool area was relaxing and private, even though we were next to the mall, it felt like an oasis

vagabond inn has very clean bathroom and even provides some kitchen appliances ; it has plenty of parking space

went to laundry service and was told i can get towels on a one for one basis if i bring my dirty ones

also the breakfast, pool and workout center is closed due to the pandemic

were traveling from utah and texas for a funeral, had been driving for along time with kids and had many issues getting into our rooms many times

it looked out on the pool and courtyard and was clean with plenty of room for us

and we had to be out the door by 6:30am (nobody's fault just bad timing) would have loved a small bar downstairs with tv to relax before going to bed (*)staff at ayres suites diamond bar are the friendliest and most helpful staff we have ever encountered (+) the first stay was so great that when i was heading back to the diamond bar area i booked it again (+)covid we took advantage of the low prices and stayed at different hotels and ayres suites diamond bar was amazing (+)suites diamond bar has a wonderful staff, starting at the front desk, to the breakfast people, and housekeeping (+)would most definitely book at ayres in diamond bar again (+) ayres suites in diamond bar is an excellent place to stay and i highly recommend it (+) i love staying at this diamond bar location because of the professionalism of the management

traveling with kids is no easy task, but when the hotel staff is great at what they do, it just makes traveling so

the belgium waffle station is always a hit with my kids

the laundry- although very convenient to have, the cost of a load of washing and dryer was

spacious, comfy beds, close 5-6 min walk to disneyland, nice size fridge and kitchen, great food on site

rooms were so spacious, loved the added kitchen and full size fridge

we were three families with 5 kids ages 4-9 and we were able to walk there easily

who checked us in was great, he accommodated us last minute to ensure we were able to have an early check in so that we could shower after 24 hours of flights and a quick trip to disneyland

there wasn’t a free breakfast but there was a nice bar and dining area to enjoy as well as a cafe downstairs

using the facilities and one guy tried to steal my shoes at the pool

when we asked for spare towels, we were given very small pool towels

we can barque on the property and swimming pool

property; didn t have snacks or room service available for the kiddos but overall a good

golf course, the restaurant and bar were great as well as the service

the setting is very much that of a motel, and the pool is small but still serves its purpose

the surface of the pool deck was a little dingey, but the pool and hottub were both nice enough and in a great spot

don t recommend this hotel because of bad customer service and room service they offering valet parking only but they park your car under the sun when i got my

the pool was heated and you can easily see the fireworks from the 4th floor if the little ones are too

all the way to the back of the facility and that when other children where unsupervised at the pool area the staff didn't want to get involved especially when my children where getting injured
