the room had everything we needed and the bar area in the louge/patio area was great

room service from the restaurant in a building next over on the property and it arrived quickly,

com had not added the kids ages and she was super helpful is adding them

the room was exceptional, with details such a common room supplying fridge space, full bar and pleasant sitting area

first night we arrived after traveling and wanted to dine in the hotel restaurant, but both the bar and the restaurant were fully booked for a private party

late check out was available

the bar where guests and locals alike gather around the fire is a lovely touch in the evening as well

it was fine at the restaurant and bar but in the room netflix was not usable due to this nor could our mobile devices work reliably

the bar staff set up a large screen tv for my husband and i and another couple to watch the super bowl

we did laundry at the hotel and it was good

fresh towels and linens every day and a simple but good breakfast that was included

i went to ask about where i could have laundry done, and within a few hours they had done it for me

note: there is a laundry service just up the road beside the grill restaurant

they just have one person at the bar so at busy times you wait quite a while for your drinks, but they are really tasty
