the kitchen was well equipped and gloves and hand sanitiser were provided which was a nice touch

location for touring this part of the country, the bar food was lovely, and the quaint shops all around walking distance made it that bit more special

manor was perfectly located up a quiet country lane, there was plenty of parking available on site

the hot tubs in the downstairs bedrooms and could hear them talking in the hot tub when eating breakfast

gym has good facilities and the food

i could easily charge my car here too, or go to the gym or have a swim

little out of the town center but i would always use this one moving forward for my visits, they gym is new so not many pictures on the site but its really very good

loved being in rock house, just no wifi there

liked the peace and tranquillity of the surrounding woodlands and view over the golf course towards the sea, also the magnificent peacock named earnie that lives within the

big room, with lovely view of estuary and golf course

parking is scarce but we arrived early so this didn t affect us.

stop and beach and liked that we were out of the hustle and bustle of blackpool having younger kids but a nice walk down to centre and could catch the tram when needed

the bath tub was a deep bubble tub, but it took ages to get it a third full and the bubble/spa buttons didn t work, and the plug hole was rusty, it was also dirty

the best things about our stay included completely free unlimited wifi and bus and tram stops right outside the hotel

comment & sadly there was no entertainment, but the games room was for kids was disappointing pool que broken & ball missing, water pressure was very poor but we were on top floor so probably

advertising pool and gym was none

was spacious and clean and very well put together, we took out dog and she was walcomed in the bar area too

the breakfast was self service which my hubby likes

maybe a better choice of kids tv in the rooms
