well stocked bar with a great variety of gins

disappointed that the chef was having a week off so it was b&b only and we would have liked a bar meal before going to our party

we where greeted at the door by the owner sue who tuck us in to the bar and got us a drink before we got shown our room , that was so nice of her after our drive

our stay was fantastic and when the property couldn’t supply me with an iron the wee guy at the bar came up to my room and got what i needed ironed and took it away and did it for me and returned

it was very clean, the reception and bar area looked lovely and

it was immaculate for us to move into and even gave the whole family a complimentary drink at the bar for our (very minor) inconvenience

the layout it was clean, loved the fact there was a small yard for the dog, kitchen was fantastic, kettle, cooker, toaster, microwave, good utensils comfy sofas large tv free

was not cleaned, utensils in kitchenette weren't washed, bed size is too small for 2 people to

had room 2 with our own kitchen and a bath water was very hot lovely

needed it felt like home to home, infact the sofas were more comfortable than ours ud83dude06 the kitchen was lovely and fully equipped, two bathrooms

also where was the kitchen and lounge area

we arrived with the kids and instantly they were in love with the place

there was free refreshments and snacks for the kids

we had no trouble parking

the on street parking was good had no issues at all getting a space

we had the top floor to ourselves which was great and the kids loved their own room

the bath tub was a deep bubble tub, but it took ages to get it a third full and the bubble/spa buttons didn t work, and the plug hole was rusty, it was also dirty

room service was daily and they topped up everything

here for 3 nights with 2 of the kids

when we checked in the person on reception was very helpful/friendly - we did not request early check in (additional cost) and staff were very helpful with storing our luggage checking out (+) we came early and they accommodated for early check in (+) we had a very enjoyable stay and very much appreciated the opportunity to purchase the early check in service (+)breakfast was good, early check in was helpful, parking was convenient (-)day i checked in (i had paid for early check in) the front desk was overwhelmed by a huge influx of guests all trying to check in (-) arguing that the lady on check in should not have waived the early check in fee

staff, clean hotel, breakfast was ok, in-house pub was very accommodating, snack bars and room service available

clean rooms, had a double bed and bunl beds for kids wgich were cosy and comfortable, can't complement the staff as much as i'd like on here,

lady on reception lovely, always a smile and a chat for me and the kids and the guy who was covering all areas maybe the manager

little touches made a magic stay for our kids including letter to santa's reply all wrapped with a bow and candy cane

location was perfect for us, roadside parking was bonus. will definately return soon.

you walk threw the door, breakfast was very well done cooked fresh and were not waiting for ages, kids loved it aswell, within walking distance to everything you need

order is taken and it comes out quickly, the breakfast bar for tea, coffee, cereal and toast is well laid out and we were all craving that breakfast when

we didn’t stay out in blackpool for very long so the manager came back to the hotel to keep the bar open for us

think you should make it known to all to be quite after a certain time it scared my kids
