the included breakfast was great, perfect before a day of skiing

no pool for kids to swim , fitness room was terrible

they provided us with microwave on request without any hesitation for warming kids food and bottles

hotel location is extremely good, with gondola free shuttle just in front of it or bus stop just next to it

laundry is a bit hard to find and a bit an 'afterthought' - but it worked ok in the end

lack of pool and not a great hot tub.

a request for late check out was accommodated to 1pm which was very helpful to us

the hotel also had a heated pool which was great to relax in after a busy day

maybe the guys around the air intake was smoking one, so i did not like that especially with kids around

terrific hot pool after a day's skiing and the coffee in the whitebark cafe is brilliant

good condition and location. spa is also nice.

more laundry facilities and ones that take credit cards

the suite had 2 bedrooms 2 baths (1 en suite) plus a seating dining and kitchen room the kitchen was setup for self catering (-)kitchenette should have been more family friendly. but that was manageable. (+)one bedroom suite was a great size for a small family with a separate bedroom and kitchenette (+)kindly got upgraded to a suite which had kitchen facilities (+) had a bedroom with a living area and a kitchenette also (+) i like the small living room area perfect to just chill before you go to your bed, the kitchen and the dining area are best too (+) we had a suite with kitchen (+) very clean and the room was large with a separate living are with a kitchen and fire place (+) room size, bed, bathroom, kitchenette and television area were all up to and exceeding our expectations (+) love the kitchen facilities and size of the bedrooms as well as multiple bathrooms in the 2

so to get to the swimming pool we had to fully dress the kids as it was -15 or colder

i went with my wife and 2 kids and we got a free upgrade to 2 rooms with a co-joining kitchenette

our entire stay, the layout of room wasn’t very comfortable and the hotel was not the cleanest, laundry piled in hallways for days

loved the apartments with 2 rooms, kitchen and 3 beds for a family with 2 kids and the price was the same as standard room in many hotels

huge tub , would be a great place for a family with kids

was cozy and my kids enjoyed the stay

our room was located down the hall from the spa and pool

the underground parking was convenient as there is very little parking on the street

the room was thoughtfully designed with multiple mirrors and a small kitchen sink inside the room so it s easier for multiple people to get ready

very clean, staff were super accommodating to our early check in, and the room was cozy!

my kids room was a little tight for the price but also beautiful with an amazing view

the hotel is in a good location and has a nice view. the water park was really awesome.

the carpets were filthy in the common area the gym was closed

the only disappointment was the laundry store attached to the hotel was now permanently closed.

i thought the pet fee of $25 / night was excessive for a small non-shedding dog

we unfortunately missed out on the pet perks of the room that they offer with pet stays (dog beds, bowls, and a toy) - however, after

were charged the pet fee but never given the dog bed, blanket, bowls, doggie etc that was supposed to be included in

a night pet fee seems pricy but seems to be the standard in most places

since nonone watches the pool, some kids where misbehaving and pool was not fully enjoyed by all kids

of unit, location of unit within the resort, movie theater for kids, indoor hot tub and

kids were looking forward to the movie theatre which was closed

they have a spa on site and i was able to get my self in for an awesome massage

the massive rooms such a great facility nice looking pool however never made it to it

we were also able to hike johnston canyon any time of day without having to worry about parking

no kitchen nobody came to pick up garbage or no room service bed was two small

comfortable and hikes right outside the front door, a parking stall in front of the cabin was included

the restaurant was exquisite dinner was excellent and breakfast bar included well stocked with a good variety

else, such as staff seemed to be too busy to be friendly, breakfast was not included, wifi was not open to the guests, location was off from banff and/or lake louise, etc
