in rooms next to and from above you we didn’t get much sleep due to the noise and beds even our kids struggled

staff, to be fair the room was at the front right in front of lorry/bus park but had a good nights sleep never heard a thing

i ordered room service and it was delivered without cutlery either

warm professional welcome the breakfast was amazing the mushrooms were delicious

price for the room was very steep as we were not in the main hall but above the spa which was a surprise

the kids swim hours were very short

so overcooked they were inedible drinks took ages to arrive - half way though our main course room service arrived without drinks no morning

we loved the spa facilities with 3 different types of sauna, a steam room, jacuzzi and pool

my only dislike was the breakfast

evening on that night, so all the members of staff had swapped roles front of house were in the kitchen and kitchen staff were front of house

found the bar area was a bit bright
