d i am very fussy about a clean bathroom)there are facilities at the hotel such as a pool,billiard and tennis tables small selection of books and magazines and even a working piano

the pool was at the sister hotel so we didn’t get there.

room beautifully designed, onto a very pretty courtyard - and it was great to have the use of the pool and gardens at the villa clarisse

great parking, pool, and ambiance with excellent staff. also good position for the town.

the pool is at a neighbouring sister hotel but only 5 mins away and equally as good

the mezzanine bed had kids fighting for it every night

social areas around bar and breakfast room and also

noise from the bar behind the hotel. no air conditioning and couldn't open window.

there is a bar in the alley that stays open until 2am

a mini- bar in the room would have been nice.

the location was great and added bonus if the pool for a swim after a day cycling

a drink by the pool was very enjoyable but we would have liked availability of snacks too

we did not try the bar or food so cannot comment on that

disappointed that a kids club was advertised but an older lady was doing colouring in with them, my son 8 and needed

having spa facilities was perfect and we had some lovely relaxing, luxurious treatments

could definitely do better the spa was lovely but very small gym/fitness room with hardly any equipment in particular no weights of any

really, i would say it is a long way to the spa and pool area, but that is good for our health isn't it

to a ferry cancellation and re arranged bookings we selected this hotel based upon it having a bar and restaurant as we didn t want to have to go anywhere after a long ride
