i would not suggest jumping into the pool

we used the laundry room

next morning there were still piles of laundry in hallways, trash can were overflowing

i used the guest laundry services and it ate my money and did not work

i needed to do laundry i sorted out all my laundry and was going to do that and then they told me they had no

no juice or coffee at breakfast. only drink was milk which was used for cereal.

it had a pool

it was very quiet and clean the breakfast every morning was wonderful

and i had a beautiful, wintery view and it was central to everything the resort had to offer; the spa was heaven; the food and drinks were delicious; i enjoyed walking the property and checking out

one night we re were in the owl bar and no one said hi or took our order for 10 minutes

i was disappointed that only certain rooms come with breakfast now, as every room previously came with breakfast on previous visits

we came to go swimming with our kids and our lips were purple

bed linen didn’t smell too great & some of the kitchen & bathroom amenities didn’t get replaced as much as would have been useful

we put our used towels in hallway to prevent dirty laundry from piling in our room

places do not really work if you have more than 2 kids unless you are willing to get 2+ rooms this worked great…a big suite that worked for all,

have an evening reception where you can get drinks and snacks, and their breakfast was fantastic

bar and lounge was a nice option so we didn't have to leave for dinner
