excellent service and the best lobby bar in the state

what traffic it does get is for the restaurants and bars

nearby restaurants are considered bars (even the one on the rooftop) and therefore don't allow kids

i enjoyed the heated pool and gym, and being able to ship packages to the front desk

the heated rooftop pool was an especially big hit with the kids

roof top pool is way too small, for such a nice property and that being a key sell point it should have been

roof top pool and bar. rooms were nicely appointed and very clean.

(-) and my wifi was also cut off before 11 (-)not a big fan of having to pay for wifi and the breakfast was a bit expensive. (-)didn t give complete information about breakfast and wifi at the front desk so we had to keep calling for that (-)wifi needs to be free and easiy to access!! (-)have to pay for wifi and parking and didn't like that (+) customer service was great and he comped my parking and gave free wifi (-) also got free wifi but i believe it would have cost extra (-)extra charge for wifi is archaic and unnecessary. had to pay extra for parking too (-)can t believe that in this day and age, wifi is not included in room rate

room, staff, restaurant, breakfast bar, were all excellent

waiting for her to pick up the payment after a few mins we were told she had to leave and go do room service
