pool was cold!!!

i had drove almost 4 hours with kids i was irritated and not exactly pleasant

free breakfast.

i thought there could be some more choices for breakfast and more fruit.

the fitness center didn't have any water and the wipes for the equipment were completely dried out

the gym is tiny

breakfast was amazing!

oh and the laundry area was available to use

all the kids eventually were coughing and our eyes were irritated

my grand children loved that the pool was saltwater

we liked the pool and the hot tub. the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. loved it.

the breakfast was tasty

convenient for the wedding i was attending. the gym was very nice.

sounded like someone was doing gymnastics above our roombreakfast was very limited

my son and i also enjoyed the pool and gym

kids running around touching the fruit and almost getting burnt on the waffle maker

pool was open and kids got to swim

its not in a bad area and gym was open 24hrs

the breakfast was great.

adults a chance to take a break and enjoy the evening and the hot breakfast is a winner with the kids

didn't like the kids running up and down the halls yelling and banging on almost every door on the 2nd floor at 8am

the gym was ok some machines were not working properly

been served at a later time, i didn t have breakfast due to this and there was no breakfast room service

the fitness and business centers are nice. breakfast was good.

kids had fun playing in the pool

liked having 2 rooms and a small kitchen

comfortable, and it was great to have a suite with separate livingroom and bedroom and equipped kitchen

this room had enough space for 5 of us: 2 adults and 3 older kids plus a fireplace

the gym had a nice selection of equiopment and the pool/hot tub were also nice

kitchen utensils could have been added with few more options and a hot water kettle

didn't have any non pork options when they served eggs for breakfast , they added ham to all of it

around swimming pool wasn't enough clean.

kitchen had good amenities

in a handicap suite with a king bed in it’s own separate bedroom, complete with a decent sized kitchen including an almost full-sized fridge, sink, dishwasher, microwave & stove top - just no

basketball half court, bbqs, fire pit, gym available for guest use

pool area a little dark and patrons kids out of control

the rooms were spacious. the laundry availability.

having a kitchen is great for midnight snacks and storing food

also free laundry

large room with very clean kitchen and bathroom

were absolutely fantastic, the hotel is very comfortable, laundry room was a god send and the gym was fab too

thought the breakfast area where the buffet was could have been bigger or layed out different, as it was bizy

close to niagara falls,kitchenette, happy hour, laundry room, gym
