wifi wasn't very good and we had problems paying our food bill by card

room service poor never cleaned once in 6 days

value for money which includes on site parking

i thought the decor was dated. when functions were being held parking was difficult.

hotel would benefit from a sign and or a bell on the bar in the lounge to call staff when unattended, other than that the hotel was great

the hotel is over a bar which when we stayed there was karaoke on until around 1am therefore making it very noisy

murdered the karaoke downstairs in the bar but i cant complain it's usually me and the rooms are right next to the bar

with all shops and restaurants in easy walking distance even for my mum aged 90 and free parking in the centre of shrewsbury was an added bonus

it was great to have a parking space

would suggest the kitchen could be better equipped- coffee canteen - washing up liquid - salt/ pepper

breakfast and dinner was great and they had an ev charging point for my car.

think the bar could have stayed open a bit later, to stop serving at 11 o'clock on a saturday seemed too bit

breakfast was wonderful with a fantastic menu, i personally cannot eat a great amount at breakfast
