disappointed kitchen for hot breakfast was closed as the hot breakfast is amazing

also the kitchen wasn't open during our stay so no chance of a cooked breakfast, but the continental was

just to note for any light sleepers there is a bar across the road where the karaoke went on till quite late

room service poor never cleaned once in 6 days

was no room service, had to beg for towels and toilet roll, toilet didn't flush, no toilet brush, only 1

loved how big it was, and the restaurant and lounge and bar were really pretty, as well as the rooms

wifi wasn't very good and we had problems paying our food bill by card

women booked us in very kind and helpful parking straight foward big carpark room was great size comfy beds the kitchen was clean with oven

availability of kitchen facilities makes it very suitable for myself travelling with family and kids

room only had a functional snooker which the kids enjoyed all other gadget weren’t

easy to find, good parking, easy walking distance to black country living museum
