the gym, pool and other facilities were well maintained and supervised

ate in the bar in the evening with food and service being exceptional

use of the pool etc was amazing and the breakfast options were fantastic

breakfast was excellent and all staff were spot on

elegant hotel that was a mixture of classic and modern, manicured gardens and good parking

kids running around unsupervised and loud drunk people walking past your room late at night

hotel setting was amazing, it was nice to sit out and overlook the golf course

the venue i went to was so close i could see the rooftop bar from the bedroom window which was a bonus as i'm visually impaired

very surprised it was like a flat with a kitchen front room bathroom two bedrooms

bar downstairs is very reasonably priced with great music playing

time staying here as was going to the arena, so close to bars and restaurants, yes its a bit nosy at night due to the location but the hotel provides ear

everything was much as remembered, easy on-site parking, relaxed atmosphere and fabulous breakfast

location, early check in , friendly staff nice stopping in a place with character

up and changing for graduation ceremony after a long drive, i was happy to pay to arrive early, but was advised they don't have early check in

i didn’t like that they had a kitchen and said they did not have microwave to heat my food

was so close to the first bar on the otley run which was ideal for us

juice or water, no sign of croissants and waitress only appeared spasmodically, had to knock on kitchen door for another cup of coffee
