kitchen being refitted clean basic good

that we were not told until booking confirmed that bar and restaurant were closed for

breakfast not worth the money bar didn't open till 5.30pm room tiny but adequate

social bar lounge

i was allowed an early check in and even had my room upgraded for free

adequate venue providing very good value b&b facilities during a golf week in

it is excellent value for money with a good breakfast included

up and changing for graduation ceremony after a long drive, i was happy to pay to arrive early, but was advised they don't have early check in

and a single partner broke his leg so asked for the double to be changed to a twin so my adult kids could go (to move my daughter out of and into her next years property) a suite was booked

everything was much as remembered, easy on-site parking, relaxed atmosphere and fabulous breakfast

apartment good because we had use of usual kitchen appliances + washing machine (not mentioned in info)

from bar across road was a little loud, but the room has ear plugs available and isnt a problem if

got to leeds early in the morning and seeing the property didn’t open until 2pm but i had baggage i said i’d

dirty pot scourer in kitchen

the early check in was perfect for getting ready for the event

we found the bed really comfortable, and the shower was amazing

coffee at breakfast

cardio machines in the gym were a little outdated and were a struggle to get working properly

no loungers by the pool, there were only upright chairs

loved the beautiful grounds, the pool and spa and the sumptuous public lounges and bars
