the pool was so relaxing and the food was amazing

didn't like that on the cable channel that you did not have fox news as an option gym was a little small

we liked that the room had a kitchenette and was thoughtfully outfitted

full kitchenette, room has everything you could need

the only thing i didn't like was the gym, very small.

last night of our stay (friday night) there were some rowdy party kids in the room next to ours

some people complained about bar noise from downstairs

arriving at 8:00am was a very long wait after travelling for a long time , should accommodate a early check

not recommended if you are staying with kids

bar is a few levels down and outside, but it didn't bother us

the hotel had historical charm and the gym was very well equipped surprisingly

the gym was limited, but had enough to get a good workout in

the gym and steam room closed very early

love that i got an early check in (so grateful that i got that) i also liked that the location is downtown and only

excellent gym with great steam room to relax and unwind in after a good work out

bar was fun and prices reasonable

2 bedrooms upstairs and a kitchen, living room and outdoor patio (small, but still wonderful to have) downstairs

in those bags on floor…lol… had to move them to somewhere high so he can’t reach them) kids upstair were running around and could hear them

other guests had the doors to their suites open and lots of crying , loud kids

still the patio could be a big bonus for families with kids or animals

my wife and i booked a king room with the spa bath and it was such a relaxing stay that night

our host, douglas, provided outstanding service and an excellent breakfast to begin our day’s activities

we asked for a quiet room and got one that exceeded that - overlooking a currently closed pool in a courtyard, and on a hallway through two doors with only 2 rooms on it

we loved having access to the laundry room and were sorry not to have been able to take advantage of the free e bikes

kids enjoyed playing pool and air hockey in the evenings

coin operated laundry on site and ‘great room’ with lounges, breakfast, pool table etc

we drove an ev and there were 3 tesla chargers and one standard ev charger in their gated parking garage, which was most excellent

spending an extra night would have given us more time to enjoy the pool and spa facilities

we were able to find a parking spot in their parking lot, checked in early and ate a delicious dinner at the pub

we had noises there was a fitness room or jacuzzi

although the shuttle bus is great for taking you to the harbour, it does finish at 9pm and all the restaurants

allowed for early check in with nice upgrade

people with mobility issues we liked the picture of the walk in shower however we expected a grab bar in the shower and comfort height toilets

a handicapped bar in the shower!

on the bay, nice restaurant with a view, fully equipped gym, new rooms, quiet, parking below and close to all shopping and restaurants

sofa bed is not comfortable - a metal bar runs the width of the bed around shoulder level making it hard to get comfortable
