gym is nice, large and quiet. a couple of the machines need maintenance.

a handicapped bar in the shower!

sofa bed is not comfortable - a metal bar runs the width of the bed around shoulder level making it hard to get comfortable

people with mobility issues we liked the picture of the walk in shower however we expected a grab bar in the shower and comfort height toilets

bay resort & spa is fabulous, our stay had everything that we needed

helpful and polite, the room was amazing, hot tub in the room, fireplace, reasonably priced mini bar just overall an amazing place to stay

arriving at 8:00am was a very long wait after travelling for a long time , should accommodate a early check

last night of our stay (friday night) there were some rowdy party kids in the room next to ours

the gym was limited, but had enough to get a good workout in

rooftop bar for sipping adult beverages during summer while sun lingers over water

so kind so helpful so knowledgeable and have a willingness to help that is bar none

great location plus pet friendly. also had a complimentary ev charger on-site.

the room had a loft for the bedroom with a full kitchen and living room area

staffs were very nice. the room was perfect. the breakfast was fantastic

did not know about the shuttle services until leaving, check-in staff could have told more of amenities of hotel

hotel is great for large family. no pool. but on site restaurant is a nice option.

although the shuttle bus is great for taking you to the harbour, it does finish at 9pm and all the restaurants
